こちらは原型師である高木アキノリ氏のオリジナルキャラクター初のマスプロダクツモデル「丙申」。かねてからオリジナルのドラゴンを製作し、ガレージキット界隈では作品の幅の広さで人気の高い高木アキノリ氏。魚という水中に生きる存在でありながら、空を飛んでいるような雰囲気を漂わせる様は、写実的でありながら超現実の要素を巧みに盛り込み、アートと呼ぶにふさわしい仕上がり。どこかひょうきんさを備えながらも堂々とした佇まいの猿からは、物語の主人公のような風格を感じさせ、彼を取り巻く物語をつい想像してしまうほどです。それらを裏付けるのは実在する生物の特徴を細やかに捉える観察力と的確に再現する高い造形力があるからこそ成せる技。弾けるように立った水柱は、涼やかな視覚効果を産み出しながらも支柱の役割を果たし、構造的な節制を受けることなく、隙が無い美しい造りになっております。作品から滲み出るほどの超絶技巧を是非お客様自身の目で確かめて頂きたいです。
